Quality dental care and thorough comprehensive examinations take time, so please arrive on time for your appointments with us. We do our best to run on time for you, but sometimes delays happen. We will always do our best to contact you to let you know if we are running behind schedule.


Unexpected changes can happen. . .

If you need to cancel or change your appointment we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations make it very difficult for us to contact other people who urgently need our care. 

We will apply a cancellation fee of at least $60 when less than 48 hours notice is given. A higher cancellation fee will apply for longer appointments.

Reservation fee

We value the quality of our services

In some instances, we will request a reservation fee of at least $60 be paid by credit card at the time of booking. A higher reservation fee will apply for longer appointments.

The reservation fee will be deducted from the cost of the dental care you receive. 


If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up for your appointment, the reservation fee will be retained by us as your cancellation fee.
